ADVENTURES OF A HOMEBODY
by
Karen Parker
A joyful, funny book by a celebrant of life.

pill bottles. A swallow inked its way across his line of vision....
(On Nature...And Otherwise)

We, all of us, experience statements, or people, or situations which make us
resolve to chuck the whole affair and go live the life of a hermit. One of
the major reasons I sometime decide to look into cave real estate is our
preoccupation in the Western world with children and food. How to get the
former to eat the latter.
(And Always, Children)
