Review: For dependable Chinese take out food in the heart of Oak Bay, consider the Splendid. We recently ordered our usual (Eight Treasure Chicken, Singapore Style Noodles and Vegetarian Chop Suey) and found it as delicious as ever. We are always amazed that our order is ready in 15 minutes! Local delivery or pick it up yourself and save 10 per cent. Numerous lunch and dinner specials in the quiet dining room. Free parking out front.
