Review: This is my neighbourhood cafe, and although I still like it, I used to like it more. Years ago, it was a formica-covered fishing-folk hang-out. Then came the renovation and now the Cafe caters to busloads of tourists who descend all summer long. But where else can you enjoy a light meal on the water in Victoria? The prices seem to keep climbing every few months, though. I recommend the Ginger Scones and the coffee comes with free refills. Free parking at the Oak Bay Marina.
