Section A - Application for Wills Search	A certificate of death, statutory declaration or like document proving to the satisfaction of the Director of Vital Statistics that the person named as Testator had died and the seach fee must accompany this application when requesting a seach. Written signature of applicant In order for us to process your request please fax a copy of the Death Certificate to us at 250-386-2377 or call us at 250-386-2399.
